My name is Pietro Paolo Femia and my history in construction begins as a child, when I accompanied my father on construction sites. Those moments, full of dust and bricks, ignited a passion in me that turned into a real vocation. Growing up among scaffolding and projects, I developed a deep and practical understanding of the dynamics of the construction sector, a background that has accompanied me to become the professional I am today.

Born on 26 April 1973 in Grotteria, a small nativity scene overlooking the sea, today I live in Novara. After obtaining a surveyor's diploma from the PL Nervi Institute in Novara in 1993, I continued my specialization path, obtaining the State Professional Qualification in 2008 and becoming Safety Coordinator.

My career has been enriched by experiences in major companies and professional firms, such as La Costruttrice Scrl and So.Co.ESrl, in addition to my activity as a freelancer since 2008. I have managed construction site accounting, condominium administration, fund estimates real estate, technical assistance and security on numerous projects, always with a concrete and decisive approach.

My collaboration with architecture and engineering firms has allowed me to participate in important projects such as the recovery of the former Filatura Wild, the green roofs and the "Il Piccolo Nespolo" micro-nursery, winner of a regional tender. I have been involved in the design and management of works for social welfare and commercial structures, always bringing with me the experience gained in the field, capable of making a difference in every phase of the project.

My logo, which depicts a hand behind a house, contains my motto: "A big hand behind your house". This symbol represents the support and assistance I offer to my customers, guaranteeing them concrete and qualified help to realize their home dream. Thanks to my vast experience, I am able to offer a service that goes beyond simple technical support, accompanying my clients in every detail of their project.

I am constantly engaged in continuous training and professional updates, because I firmly believe that knowledge and updating are fundamental to offering a high quality service.

My dedication and expertise make me a point of reference in the building management sector and in the safety sector, also thanks to my specialized team in land registry practices, appraisals, real estate administration, interior designers and energy efficiency works.
